I have bet on countless of hands of vingt-et-un. I began sneaking into the casinos when I was still underage. I gamble with basic strategy vingt-et-un. When I lose I wager the table minimum on the successive hand. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I succeed again I take the payout paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original wager. I continue wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I lower the bet back down to the original value.

I am very strict and do not back out. It gets extremely enjoyable at times. If you succeed at a few hands in a row your bets go up very quick. Before you know it you are wagering $100-200/ hand. I have had fantastic runs a few times now. I left a $5 table at the MGM a number of years back with $750 after 30 mins using this method! And a few days ago in Macau I left a table with $1200!
