I have enjoyed countless of rounds of vingt-et-un. I started sneaking into the casinos when I was sixteen. I have bet on online vingt-et-un, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a short time. With all that said I have still spent all kinds of bankroll at vingt-et-un. The gambling halls have made it almost impossible to beat the house.
I still like the game and wager on a regular basis. Over this time period I have wagered on a type of chemin de fer called "The Take it Leave it Method". You most certainly will not get loaded with this method or defeat the casino, however you will experience a lot of fun. This method is founded on the fact that blackjack appears to be a match of runs. When you’re on fire your on fire, and when you are not you are NOT!
I gamble with basic strategy twenty-one. When I lose I bet the table minimum on the subsequent hand. If I don’t win again I wager the table minimum on the successive hand again etc. Once I win I take the payout paid to me and I wager the initial bet again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I succeed again I take the payout paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original wager. I keep wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I do not win I lower the wager back down to the original bet.
I am very disciplined and do not "chicken out". It gets extremely exciting on occasion. If you win a few hands in series your bets go up very quickly. Before you realize it you are wagering $100-200per hand. I have had awesome streaks a couple of times now. I left a $5 table at the Flamingo a couple of years back with $750 after 20 mins using this tactic! And a number of weeks ago in Las Vegas I left a game with $1200!
You have to understand that you can give away much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more thrilling. And you will be amazed at the streaks you notice playing this way. Below is a chart of what you would wager if you kept winning at a 5 dollar game.
Wager five dollar
Take $5 paid-out to you, leave the first 5 dollar bet
Bet five dollar
Leave five dollar paid to you for a total bet of $10
Wager $10
Take $10 paid to you, leave the original ten dollar bet
Bet $10
Leave $10 paid-out to you for a total bet of 20 dollar
Wager $20
Take 20 dollar paid-out to you, leave the first 20 dollar bet
Bet 20 dollar
Leave 20 dollar paid to you for a total bet of 40 dollar
Bet forty dollar
Take $40 paid to you, leave the initial $40 wager
Bet forty dollar
Leave 40 dollar paid to you for a total bet of $80
Bet $80
Take $80 paid-out to you, leave the initial 80 dollar bet
Wager 80 dollar
Leave 80 dollar paid to you for a total bet of 160 dollar
Bet 160 dollar
Take one hundred and sixty dollar paid-out to you, leave the original 160 dollar bet
If you left at this moment you would be up three hundred and fifteen dollars !!
It’s difficult to go on a streak this long, but it does happen. And when it does you can NOT alter and lower your wager or the final result won’t be the same.
